The Anti-Drug Forum would like to wish all returning students all the best for the new school year ahead. 2015 was a beautiful year in which many off our SMART Clubs in various schools proved their talents with outstanding programs and events. The learners and schools came together on various occasions to stand together in the fight against substance abuse as well as to stand together.
Sam Pillay director of the Anti-Drug Forum said: “ 2015 was an exciting year for us and we look forward to 2016 to be even better! The SMART Club concept has really been effective in many schools and we are looking forward to expanding the concept this year. We urge all schools to get involved. It is important that learners get involved in these programs along with their academic program to ensure holistic development and to groom the learners into young future leaders which our community is in need off. I wish the learners all the best for 2016 and look forward to see what our SMART Clubs have in store for us this year!”
The Anti-Drug Forum would also like to congratulate all the SMART Club Learners who have excelled academically in their 2015 year-end examinations. We are extremely proud of these learners and look forward to seeing them excel in their future ventures as young future leaders of their communities.
